♥ Help Sofia now

Beyond the diagnoses, she is Sofia.

She loves her mother’s voice, music, walks and being held close. Her days are built around medication, tube feeding, positioning, therapy and constant care — but they are also filled with small moments of laughter and connection.

Sofia cannot do most everyday tasks independently. Her family provides the care she needs around the clock while preparing for the medical stages ahead.

Why support is needed now

The family is preparing for preoperative evaluations in Switzerland and for the spinal surgery recommended by the team at University Children’s Hospital Basel (UKBB).

€11,000 has been raised so far. The broader campaign covers medical evaluations, surgery and the travel and accommodation required for Sofia’s care. Her everyday medical care also continues regardless of the surgery.

There is more than one way to help

If a donation is not possible, sharing this page still matters. One share can place Sofia’s story in front of the person or organization able to help.
