What Form 230 is
It is not an additional donation charged on top of your tax. Instead, you choose where a permitted share of tax already due is directed, subject to the current Romanian tax rules and filing period.

Availability and timing
Form 230 is not submitted at any time of the year. The family publishes the active filing link and instructions when the relevant period and association setup are available.
